Because you have some college credits you may be closer to your career goal than someone without any prior college. We need to view your college transcripts to determine exactly what CSMs you need to reach your goal. Our assessment is absolutely free of charge to you and will be completed and returned to you ASAP after we receive your college transcripts. At that time (after recieveing your assessment), you may chose a Plan and complete your registration process.

May be faxed to us at (316) 365-5186. Please be sure to include your name and mailing address so we can send your Assessment to you after reviewing your transcripts.
For your convenience we also provide you with an offical Transcript Request Form that you may print out and send to your college to receive a copy of your transcripts. Please remember mail the Transcript Request Form to your college(s)�not to us! Please be sure to let us know how many transcripts we should receive before we complete your assessment. Once we receive your transcript(s) we will complete your Assessment (evaluation) and mail, or e-mail, you the proper Agreement listing the CSMs you would use along with an Order Form for single CSM purchases.
